“Worship is a lifestyle in which we live our lives in such a way so that all that we are ascribes glory to God for all that He is.”

It is our desire, as a music ministry, that we lead our congregation to the throne of God through singing. We believe that there are many aspects to worship and music is one avenue in which we worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

The music ministry of Northside Baptist Church has many different areas of service.

These areas include:

Celebration Choir, Praise Team, Praise Band, Audio/Video Team, as well as Facebook Live.

Our Celebration Choir, Praise Team and Band help lead the congregation in worship through singing on Sunday mornings.

Our Celebration choir also performs programs at Easter and Christmas.

All throughout scripture we see how important music was and how important it is today. We see several times in scripture that we are commanded to sing as well as to praise the Lord with various instruments.  As a result of these commands, we believe that the music ministry is a vital part of a thriving, growing church. It is the desire of the Music Ministry to prepare the hearts of our congregation for the preaching of God’s Word from our Pastor.
